At the Observatory's headquarters, a comprehensive session detailing the Mentoring Across Borders programme occurred. The primary objective of this session was to recruit mentors willing to dedicate their time to supporting individuals aged 18-30, particularly those vulnerable to marginalization, in honing their professional competencies and navigating the job markets spanning territories within and beyond the European Union. Following the presentation, members of the Observatory eagerly voiced their enthusiasm to engage in the initiative.
This initiative, bolstered by co-funding from the European Union, unites 13 organizations across nine countries. The Observatory proudly serves as a critical partner representing Cyprus in this impactful project.
