Notably, the Mentoring Across Borders initiative, championed by the Observatory, was highlighted, showcasing the potential of engaging seniors as mentors for at-risk youth. Additionally, the conversation delved into avenues for promoting dignified and high-quality aging, tackling preventative healthcare measures, and advocating for Strovolos to become an age-friendly municipality.
Mr. Christodoulides shared his proposals aimed at supporting individuals aged 65 and above, emphasizing his dedication to fostering their well-being, empowerment, and social integration within the Strovolos Municipality.
